I am pleased that Pitchfork’s results page for their People’s list includes the distinction index for different demographics (which albums they showed the biggest extra inclination to vote for). Those lists are massively more interesting and slightly less predictable than the overall one.
I have found out that my ballot’s top three with Asleep in the Back and Radiator is very, very British. The Cribs, though, really?
Also thanks to the female voter distinction index list, I managed to find Patrick Wolf somewhere!
Even better, The Holy Bible is top of the equivalent list for Ireland.
